Save the profile and keep the app open while it loads the guide and categories. A larger playlist can take a little longer. Start with a live channel to confirm playback before changing other settings.

Let the first sync complete, refresh the playlist, and check the device's date, time, and time zone. Guide data depends on what the playlist supplies.
Try another channel and set quality to Auto. Move closer to the router or use Ethernet if available. If only one stream fails, share its name and the time with support.
