What does an IPTV key include?
You receive a server or portal URL, username, and password for use in a compatible third-party player. The key is the access credential; the player is the app where you watch.
How fast is delivery?
Access details are usually sent within 15 to 25 minutes after payment. High order volume can take longer. Check your inbox and spam folder before contacting support.
Can I use one key on more than one device?
One-device access is included. Additional connections may be available with a separate payment. Contact us before using the key on another device so we can confirm the right option.
What internet speed should I have?
We recommend about 15 to 25 Mbps for HD and at least 50 Mbps for 4K per stream. A stable connection matters too. Wi-Fi, the device, the player, and the source feed can affect playback.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial. If you have a genuine setup or service issue after purchase, contact support so we can investigate the appropriate replacement or refund outcome.
What if my player does not work?
Check the server URL, username, password, and any extra spaces first. Then contact support with your device, player, and exact error. IPTV-PREMIUM does not own the third-party player apps.
